1) PARTIES
These Terms & Conditions bind Best Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd.(“the Company”) and those persons (“the Client”) booking a adventrous holiday (“the Holiday”) with the Company at the relevant centre referred to on the website or in correspondence.

2) BOOKING
(a)To book contact the Company by phone or email. To finalize booking clients need to complete a booking form and pay non-refundable 50% deposit of the full trip cost.
(b)Information provided by clients has to be true. The Company will not be held liable for any problems due to the incorrect information given.

3) PRICES
Trip prices agreed are accurate on the date of correspondence. However, the Company reserve the right of the price change prior the full payment. It can be caused due to the exchange rate changes, suppliers prices changes or general economic fluctuations.

4) PAYMENT
(a)Deposit – Payment of the deposit is regarded as the Client’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and it is non refundable 50% of the full trip cost.
(b)Full Payment – Full payment of the outstanding amount must be made one month prior to commencement of the holiday.
(c)Late Payment. In the event of any default in making payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Company shall charge an additional 10 EUR to cover its administration expenses and this charge will be in addition, and without prejudice, to the Company’s other rights and remedies arising from the Client’s default.
(d)Once the dates of a holiday have been confirmed, they may not be changed or carried over without financial forfeit.

5) PAYMENT METHODS
(a)Bank Wire Transfer – Please contact info@bestadventurenepal.com for the Bank Details. The Company does not take responsibility for any bank charges or transfer fees that result from the transfer of money. The customer is responsible for any such charges and should not deduct such charges from any payment due to the company.
(b)PayPal / Credit/ Debit card Payment – If you prefer to use PayPal, please indicate your preference at the time of booking. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your e-mail with payment instructions via PayPal. You can then pay by credit/debit card. (You do not need to have a Paypal account). A 3% charge will be added to the quotation for US customers, and 4% for all other countries to cover the PayPal merchant charges.
(c)Alternative Transfer Methods – Alternative methods of cash transfers such as Western Union, WorldRemitt are also accepted and should be marked for the same beneficiary and followed-up with the same notifications as in section (a) Any other pick-up method must be agreed upon in advance.
(d)Local Payments – There may be occasions where payment arrangements can be made by paying the Company directly at one of its offices. If you wish to use this arrangement it must be agreed with the Company  beforehand by email: info@bestadventurenepal.com.

6) BOOKING AMENDMENTS
The Company is very flexible and want to make the best holiday for its client. Any changes to the trip plan can be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure and subject of availability. Payment for the difference as well as the fees that are applicable with any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines must be made within 10 days of the change.

7) CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Cancellation of any booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:
(a) Cancellation more than one month before the holiday – loss of deposit
(b) Cancellation less than one month before the holiday – loss of 70 % cost of holiday
(c)No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.

8) CUSTOMER PROTECTION
Please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover and be aware that most insurance policies do not cover for cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the company offers no reimbursement or transfer.

9) CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY THE ORGANIZER
(a)The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed, but will not be cancelled less than 60 days before departure.
(b)No compensation will be paid or refund given for any cancellation or changes made to the holiday by the Company which is brought about by war, strikes, disaster, terrorist activity, technical problems with transportation, quarantine, weather or any other cause outside the Company’s control.

10) SAFETY & WELLBEING
The Company reserves the right to exclude or refuse participation to any person who at any time prior to or during the holiday in our sole opinion is incompatible with the general safety and well being of the Company and the other participants. In this event no refund will be given.

11) LIABILITY
Save where caused by negligence on the part of the Company or its employees, the Company shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage to luggage, clothing or other personal effects, or for any personal injury or for any consequential loss or damage arising from such loss.

12) LOST PROPERTY
The Company will do their utmost to return lost property that is named. Any items not reclaimed after one month will be donated to the charity.

13) PHOTOGRAPHS
(a) The copyright of all photography appearing on the website or in leaflets belongs to the Company No reproduction may be made without prior permission from the Company.
(b) Please informthe Company in writing if you do not want your photograph taken. It may be used on the website.

14) COMPLAINTS
The Company is committed to providing an excellent holiday experience. If, however, you are not entirely happy with our provision, we would like to know. If you have a complaint, please inform a member of our management team, by telephoning or writing, as soon as is practical. We undertake to investigate and respond by telephone and/or in writing.
